Your Kyocera MFP copier(s)/ printer(s) will perform within Kyocera’s published specifications. Should your Kyocera MFP copier(s)/ printer(s) fail to perform within Kyocera’s specifications and/or cannot be repaired by National RAM Business Systems, Inc., it will be replaced with another MFP copier(s)/ printer(s) equal to or greater with comparable features, at no additional charge.

This guarantee applies only to the MFP copier(s)/ printer(s) model(s) specified under this program acquired by retail customer from National RAM Business Systems, Inc. To be eligible, the customer must maintain a 5-year maintenance agreement from National RAM Business Systems, Inc. The qualifying MFP copier(s)/ printer(s) must also have been maintained using only genuine Kyocera parts and consumable supplies and operated within Kyocera’s published specifications. This non-transferable guarantee will be subject to the specific terms of the full-service agreement for your MFP copier(s)/ printer(s).

The term of the Kyocera 5-Year Total Performance Guarantee is for (5) years from the date of installation.
